De baies et de sève is a Natashquan-based company founded by Annick Latreille. From May to October, the artisanal producers hired by the company patiently harvest plants, algae and fruit in protected areas of Minganie. Come late autumn, they crush, preserve, pour, label and package the harvest and make it into products to be sold.
De baies et de sève takes you on a journey through peat bogs, seashore, woodland and salt marshes with the company’s range of products available at the Ô Muses store. Wild food connoisseurs can discover a wide range of specialties made from Nordic plants such as Minganie tea, Labrador tea jelly, balsam fir jelly and balsam fir tonic syrup. You can also pamper your skin thanks to the company’s wide range of body care products, including several butters, balms and soaps.
