Operational for over a decade now, the farm known as Ferme Manicouagan is owned by Laurent Bérubé, Donald Bérubé, Françoise Marquis and Claude Théberge. Located in Pointe-Lebel, near the city of Baie-Comeau, Côte-Nord, it is one of the rare farms on the Moyenne-Côte-Nord. It is also a new leader in all things haskap. Since 2023, it owns 48,000 plants of this small fruit, whose sweet and sour taste is a unique and complex mix of flavours resembling blackcurrant, blueberry and raspberry. It also specializes in the farming of strawberries, raspberries and corn, as well as feed crops.

Ferme Manicouagan’s team of cooks works hard to process the harvest into a multitude of delicious food products.
