Discover the exhibit Brown, White, Black: The Bears of Canada as part of a guided tour! Coming to us straight from the Musée du Fjord, and developed in collaboration with the Zoo sauvage de Saint-Félicien and the Musée ilnu de Mashteuiatsh, this exhibit is sure to delight the whole family!

Bears, be they feared or admired, have always fascinated humans, and are a deeply rooted symbol in First Nations culture. This captivating exhibit provides a deeper look into the brown, white and black bears of Canada. Why is the grizzly bear so vulnerable to changes in its environment?

How does the polar bear, emblematic of the fight against climate change, manage to survive in harsh conditions? You’ll find answers to these questions and much more. The Musée also offers families an activity booklet full of fun games and quizzes to help people of all ages explore the fascinating world of Canada’s bears.
